On Wednesday a demo of a song by Adam Lambert was leaked on the Internet and made the rounds quickly among his fans. Although he recently released a new album called Trespassing, fans cannot get enough and are always looking for more of his music. Originally among those he recorded for the Trespassing album (and which obviously didn’t make the cut), the found song is called “Hold On.” Someone tweeted Adam to find out about it and he confirmed that it is his song that was leaked. When asked, “Everyone is talking about the song called “Hold On” some people say its a new single, some say it was leaked? Clarification? (:” Adam responded, “leaky leaky…. Dunno who or how. Or even the ‘cover art’ haha. It’s fun to learn about your own career via twitter lol”
Adam calls the song, “a cool, experimental anthem” and recorded it with Prinze board and Nikka Costa. Check it out in the video link below. Even Adam is surprised by the ninja tactics employed by his fans. He tweeted, “You guys are like… Pirates ! Treasure hunting. How and where do u find these obscure song ideas?! it’s impressive how hard the dig goes”

For those who worry that Adam is concerned that the song leaked, there is no need to be alarmed. He is fine with fans listening to it and even tweeted, “And yes, a song leaked…. So trick or treat! 🙂 hope you guys dig it!”
